If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to set up the return instructions. Use our Product Return link at the bottom to initiate your return. Refunds are giving after product/s are received by Wall Art From The Heart ®. If you wish to exchange for a different product you will be billed shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all refunded merchandise. The restocking fee is waived on exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays all shipping charges.
For Returns: After we receive your return request we will provide you via email with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging must be included. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA number. All returns must be received by us within 14 business days from the original delivery date. We also recommend using a shipping company that provides you with tracking as we are not responsible for lost returns.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you should receive damage product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of product and we will make arrangements with you to reship new product. You may be asked to return the damage to us at our expense. For shipping insurance claim reasons, we ask that you send us a picture of the damage product and shipping package. How To Order:
You add the items to your cart by pushing the "Add To Cart" button. When you have completed your shopping hit the "View Cart" button and then hit check out. You will follow those instructions for proceeding to check out and payment center. You will receive an email from us stating that we have received your order and instructions thereafter. If you DO NOT get an email from us within 24 hours this means for whatever reason we DID NOT receive your order and you should contact us. If you should ever have any questions or problems placing an order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Our products are handmade at the time of order, in the order received.
You should see something like this (below) to use a credit card/debit card to pay. It will be on the right, at the bottom side of the page below where you would sign into your Paypal acct if you were paying that way. Right below the "Pay with my Paypal account" sign in. It is somewhat confusing at times.

Our products usually ship within 2-4 days of payment Monday - Friday unless otherwise indicated. Our Primitive Country Framed Wall Art, Signs & Sayings are handmade at time of order in the order received.
Orders placed after 4pm MST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, not including holidays. Customer service is closed on weekends.
Shop from home and have your order/gift delivered right to your friends and family. Just enter the shipping address when checking out. We are not responsible for improper shipping information provided to us so please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If we ship your order back out a second time another shipping charge will apply. Please make sure that your billing address matches the one on the payment used even if shipping elsewhere. Billing address must match payment card used.
No P.O. Box addresses, must be physical addresses for delivery.
We ship using FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS. We pick the shipping company. We use the best and affordable shipping company for each order.

Due to the fact that our framed art are handmade at the time of order, we can NOT cancel an order once it has been received by us. Orders at Wall Art From The Heart® are processed right after receiving your order request. We believe that this is part of excellent customer service. This also allows for faster delivery time to our customers.
When using one of our coupons or discount codes, this will apply to your order prior to shipping is added. Unless coupon code is for shipping discount. When checking out enter the coupon code to receive discount on your order. Coupon code may not be entered or applied once we receive your order. It MUST be entered when you order.

Gift certificates are treated just like any of our framed wall art orders. All same policies apply. No reward points will be awarded to you when you buy gift certificates.
